for everyone

New Years has come and gone and so too have many of the good resolutions we have made to improve our health. So, after enjoying all of the delicious Chinese New Year specialties and Valentine chocolates, let's try some of these tips to improve our health and live strong.

Common Sense Diet. Refined sugar and refined carbohydrates are not good for your body. These two baddies spike the blood sugar then drop it making us feel drowsy and sluggish. The worst thing they do though is feed cancer cells, bacteria and viruses in our bodies. They also cause fungus internally which can often mimic tumors and be mistaken for cancerous growths.Click here to learn more. Consume good fats like olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil and pure butter. Avoid trans fats. Add more fibre by eating more fruit & vegetables.

Exercise. We hear it all the time. Exercise is important. It builds muscles which helps to burn fat. Weight bearing exercise can increase bone density which is especially important for women. Exercise also drains our lymphatic system which is crucial since the lymphatic system is what boosts our immune system.

Cleanse Organs. Our bodies function better when our organs work well. Cleansing our organs is relatively easy. Eat only watermelon for 3 days for an easy kidney cleanse(not for diabetics. this instead). Unsweetened cranberry juice cleans the bladder. Our great toxin eliminator, our liver will not function properly, that is, draw poisonous substances from our bodies if it is blocked. Click here for the liver flush recipe which also flushes the gall bladder. You can feel the difference immediately following a liver flush.A bowel cleanse (click here) is extremely important.

Parasite Cleanse. I guarantee you that we all have parasites whether they are microscopic or visible like worms. These free loaders rob us of the good vitamins and nutrition we consume and make us sickly. This must be done every 6 months by every family member over 2 years old and every pet. What a difference this makes. Read  here for great information & the cleanse we use. This is an amazing article.

These small changes have made us so much healthier. We do not get sick the way we used to and we finally have wonderful energy! Health is wealth and it is easy to achieve.

This site is a wealth of information for those seeking great health.

Do you not know that the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? 1 Corinthians 6:19

I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well. 3 John 2
